radiance

a Light when all else is grey

Leading me everyday

& when I do not follow

my day ends in sorrow

still I ask please show me the way

a Light I must choose to seek

Light shining when I am weak

when failing to follow

I determine  tomorrow

oh Light please show me the way

a Light exposing the dark in me

Expelling all shadows that It does see

when I choose not to follow

unclean, grace I must borrow

again, asking show me the way

a Light to unveil, not to be hidden

& of myself may I be ridden

today, I will follow

oh Light, let me wallow!

continue to show me Your way

a Light so bright none can contain

Its choosing, I cannot explain

the Light I will follow

regardless of sorrow

illuminate & guide me today

a Light for a vessel is wanting

without it, be ever so haunting

in Light I will follow

of me I am hollow

a vessel for Light to display
